Carlyn Luna joined Luna Law in November of 2014 as a legal assistant and became a paralegal in 2017. In her roles as a legal assistant and as a paralegal she worked with hundreds of clients to help them navigate the complex family law system, drafted pleadings and documents, and worked side by side with our attorneys as they litigated their cases. In 2024 the Colorado Legislature passed a law enabling experienced paralegals like Carlyn to join the Colorado Bar and offer legal representation to family law clients. Carlyn is proud to be one of the first 100 Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals in the state. Carlyn represents clients in cases involving divorce, annulment, custody, child support, maintenance, paternity, name changes, and adult gender changes.
In addition to offering full representation, Carlyn offers ongoing consultations on a pay-as-you-go basis for those who are trying to litigate their case for minimal cost. Due to her limited licensure, Carlyn’s services are generally less expensive than those charged by attorneys.
